Simple Guide
My Story: I used to be an over weight kid. I did a lot of experimenting over the years .I tried to lose fat first .I succeeded some time and failed at other times. Some time I lost fat some times I lost muscle mass. In other times I gained muscle and there were times when I just gained fat. The problem was that I didn't really have a clue why this fat lose or muscle gain way worked once and failed once later. Finally I succeeded losing the fat .But then I faced another annoying problem. I just was a weaker and smaller me. I was easily able to gain weight again (not the good type of weight just fat). Clearly I was doing a lot of things the wrong way.
I tried gaining weight this time gaining muscle mass was my new goal or I can say was my goal from the beginning I just didn’t realize it till the age of 22. I was frustrated in the beginning and I was just about to give up (and blame it on the genes). I started to have a different view then. I should find high quality correct information to weight gain. I started by looking for Role models. Simply, people who were in my current place and reached what I want to reach. After finding those role models and studying there systems. Then I reached the correct information, and I knew why certain things worked for me an others failed. After that, building muscle was not as difficult or costly as many sources made it out to be. All it really took was training smart and eating right. Enough about me, what about this site? The goal of this site is to provide a high quality resource for those seeking muscle and weight gain or fat lose. It offers what I learned and continue to learn about building muscle, gaining weight and losing fat. Hopefully it will help move those with similar aspirations towards their goals quicker, saving them time and money along the way. About This Site... This is site's main focus is physique improvements. The site puts the emphasis on Bodybuilding training and Fat loss for achieving physique improvements. Any increased physical conditioning being a pleasant side effect and not the main focus of the site.
The site is organized in a way that the interested trainer can use it to build his program from the ground up. The main categories are Program Design, Dieting, Supplementing, Weight Training and Tracking. Each one of these categories is a major component of a solid weight gain or a fat loss program.
